Demi helped Joe through a difficult time. It's never easy losing a family pet, especially when you didn't even have a chance to say goodbye. While in Canada filming the last scenes of Camp Rock, Joe's Lhasapoo, Cocoa, died of old age."Cocoa was my puppy," shares Joe."After I found out I immediately called Demi and was like 'Can you talk?' She opened the door to her hotel room and gave me the biggest hug. I was so upset." Joe and Demi's instant-bond let Joe open his heart and pour out his feelings to Dem. From then on, the two new they could lean on each other!
